A deep garnet hue. An exciting aromatic start to this young wine with notes of cinnamon and mixed spices adding complexity. A delicious medium bodied wine with bright blackberry fruit, red licorice, blackcurrant with mulberry and boysenberry depth. Malty oak note but lots of bright fruit and flavour. A high acid and tannic structure will ensure good cellaring potential.
