We are very excited to announce the release of our 2019 Chardonnay.

Pale straw lemon hues.  On the nose, candied lemon, honeysuckle, sandalwood, grapefruit and ginger spice entwined with white peach.  The palate portrays chewy nougat, lemon curd, candied lemon and notes of coconut to finish with good length.

The chardonnay is from our oldest established Vineyard and using 100% Mendoza clone.  The wine underwent natural fermentation using wild yeast and whole bunch pressed into French Hogsheads barrels; of which 20% were new.  The wine matured in barrel over 10 months with full solids.  It was then bottled without fining and natural filtration.

The wine has great structure and will develop further in the bottle.
